The vein screening questionnaire should take less than ten minutes to complete.

It will take you through a series of questions which will help determine whether or not you may have varicose veins.

You can either complete it in one go, or do part of it and come back to finish it off later.

In order to get your results, you will need to register.

Once you have completed the questionnaire, you can print the results off to show your GP or come back to it and change it at any time.

When you submit your answers you will have the option to attach up to five photos of your legs if you have a specific query for us.
